The Chipola R/C Aviators is hosting a Giant Scale Warbird Association,
radio controlled model aircraft fly-in at the Marianna Model Airpark.
Begins at 9am and continues until late afternoon.

Held the last Saturday in June. Chipley, FL (Panhandle of Florida).
Big Parade at 10:00 A.M. from Old High School through downtown. Held in the quaint Florida panhandle town of Chipley, at the Agricultural Center on Jackson Avenue, Highway 90. Events include: a Big Watermelon Contest, comedy shows and other surprise guests, a 5000 Meter Run, a Car & Truck Show, Contests for Kids, Tournament Horseshoe Pitching, Square dancing and Singers. The annual Pumpkin Festival is Havana's signature event and the perfect way to celebrate the beautiful fall season. The streets are lined with art, crafts, and food vendors selling their wares. The town comes alive in a carnival-like atmosphere full of activities for the entire family hay rides, pony & carriage rides, costume contests, live auction, face-painting, magicians, pumpkin decorating and much, much more. Local merchants show their creativity and imagination with beautiful displays of pumpkins, Halloween and fall décor. Visit the uniquely-decorated pumpkin patch where you can purchase that perfect pumpkin..and hear an old fashioned yarn told by the mesmerizing story-teller!
